Slow week for me...
At my weigh in last week I was down 0.6lbs, which just about balances out my gain from the weigh-in before that! LOL! This next one should be better, though, because I increased my days at the gym last week. I had a really good workout yesterday morning, nice and early while the gym was quiet. A good start to a Sunday, right? Have a great week!

Hey, a loss is a loss :) So glad that you're making it to the gym more now.....I know how hard it is to work it around other things. You're doing an amazing job!!!
