I was up 0.8lbs this week - ugh! It's OK, though - at least I can put it down to not getting to the gym as much as I should have :) I'd feel worse about it if I had worked my butt off all week long! LOL!
So...I'm back on track, better so far this week. I'm still getting used to being so much busier with work, school, house, etc., but I'll get there! I'm in this for the long haul! I refuse to go back to shopping at Lane Bryant!

A change in routine can throw a kink in our workout schedules too. You can knock that .8 back off in no time. You're doing awesome! :)
