Weekly Weigh-In - Benita

Today was my weekly weigh-in & I'm happy to report that I've lost another 2 lbs. for a total of 6.2 lbs. to date :) The weight's not coming off as fast as I'd like it to, but at least it's coming off! I didn't go to the gym today since I did a yardsale the past 2 days & I was just exhausted from that. But I'm already planning on hitting the gym tomorrow, which is usually my day off.

I still need to take measurements of my waist, legs & arms as I never did that in the beginning & I know that sometimes when you're not dropping the pounds, you're still losing the inches. And I've already noticed that some of my jeans are just a little bit loser & I no longer have to lay on my bed & suck my stomach in to zip them up ;)

That is awesome! It's not how fast you take it off that's important but rather how you keep it off once it goes away!!! Good luck! I'll be here supporting both of you two!
