First, channel your inner bad ass and download some USher and Kanye West. I particulary like "caught up" by Usher, and "golddigger" by Kanye West. Also get "That which doesn't Kill me" by West. Gwen Stefani "I'm just a girl" is great for a sprint on the treadmill or elliptical. Sissor Sisters do a remake of "Comfortably Numb",and Their other song "I don't feel like Dancing" is fun too. Then get some Fergie and some Black Eyed Peas for fun upbeat music to move to. Usually for my cool dowm and stretching I listen to John MAyer or JAck Johnson.

Good Luck...I have lots more but these came to mind first.

My mom likes to work out to disco, but my fave is Daft Punk. Great beats!
