I've had a pretty good couple of days...yesterday (Wednesday) I changed my routine a little and did an exercise video at home. It's one by Kathy Smith...I really like her style. Then this morning I had a session with my trainer - we worked on my upper body, and man - I'm feeling it now, but it's a good feeling! He said I'm making some really good progress with my endurance - that's what I like to hear!

I, as well, would like to thank-you all for your support. We both now that we have a long way to go, but we're also both very motivated & know that we can do this!
My week has been pretty good as well. Wednesday, I did 10 minutes on the bike, 33.13 (2 miles) on the treadmill & I also did a 40 minute healthy lifestyles class that kicked my butt! Today, I did a yardsale all day & was exhausted from that, but I still managed to do 10 minutes on the bike & 15 minutes on the treadmill. Tomorrow is weigh-in day for me, so keep your fingers crossed for me that it's a good one :)
