Got weighed at Weight Watchers this morning and that healthy eating and exercise is really paying off...I lost just over 2lbs to make a total of 7lbs! Woo hoo!! A great start to the week!
It all started on April 25, 2008. Jim & I decided that enough was enough & we joined our local gym. We try to work out at least 5 days a week, although sometimes our schedules are crazy. I have also started working at the gym.....gotta love that free membership :)
I made this blog as I thought it would be a great place to get support (and give support to anyone else stopping by), while at the same time keeping a record of my journey down the weight loss road.
I hope to post an update once a week with my progress & stats, as well as my struggles along the way. My ultimate goal is to lose 111.6 pounds.
