Some weeks I really look forward to Mondays, some weeks - not so much. This week is a "not so much". I've done pretty well with my eating, although I did dip into some of my additional Flex Points - which I don't normally do. And I had a pretty busy week with Iain being away, me trying to keep the kids somewhat occupied, and a heavy last week of school. I made it to the gym 3 days and will go later this afternoon.
I really need to pick up a soft tape measure and do some arm and leg measurements. My shirts are fitting much better in the arms, and hubby noticed my pants looked baggier this morning, so I think that even if the scale isn't a big difference tomorrow, I am definitely losing inches. I should take the numbers, though, because I think that will help me on the not-so-fast weigh-in weeks.
What do you think, Benita? Are you up for doing some body measurements so that we can measure inches as well as pounds? :)

Already ahead of you :) I just took my measurements the other day, but since I didn't take them at the beginning, I don't know how many, if any, inches I've actually lost yet. But like you, I can tell that my clothes are getting loose.
Are we going to actually post our measurements? Or just keep our own records on them?
