For a total of 8.8lbs so far - slow and steady :) I'll take it, though - especially since I wasn't as rigid as I should have been with my tracking last week. This coming week I have my 5-day trip to California, so it'll be a little harder, but Sue and I are going to try and walk at least a few mornings together before we start all our fun activities...I also picked up a resistance band to take with me to use for a few days instead of weights...so I'm on the right track, aren't I?
Yesterday at the gym I actually ran on the treadmill for one minute out of every 5 minutes. I thought I was going to pass out! LOL! But I did it! Another thing that felt good was that I went and bought a couple pairs of pants today and I fit into the smaller of the 2 sizes I took into the changing rooms! Yeah!
Here's to another good week ahead :)
And, hey - just think - this means that Benita and I have lost a total of 19lbs together! Yahoo!

Woo-Hoo! I'm so proud of you, not only for the .8 loss but also for running on the treadmill. I haven't even attempted to do that yet! Way to go, Toni! Keep up the great work :)
